How it all works...

How can I enter the prize draw?

Our monthly prize draw is for people who are members of The Dream Makers. So, all you need to do is choose the package you want and follow the checkout :)

When are the prize draw winners announced?

On the 20th of each month! They'll be included within the guide sent to you each month. Entry into the draw closes a few days before, on the 15th.

Why membership?

The monthly prize draw is awesome, but we wanted to go even further than awesome & give you more than just that so that everyone gets something great each month. So we created all the extra benefits and pretty quickly people started asking for loyalty discounts and that's when we introduced the membership.

How does the 'refer a friend' to get free entries work?

When you sign up, you'll get an email with a unique link in it. When someone signs up using the link you shared, we'll match the number of entries they are signed up for and give you those entries as a bonus each month!

For example your friend uses your link and signs up for 15 entries per month, you'll now get an extra 15 entries on top of the 5 entries you're already getting, giving you 20 chances to win each month! What's even better? There's no limit on the number of referral bonuses you can earn!

How is the winner decided?

All entries are randomised by replacing any personal identification information (such as their name etc) with a code. The list of random numbers is then given to an external judge who picks the winning codes from the list. The codes are the translated back into the names in front of the judge and the winners are subsequently announced.


You mentioned that ten people win in each prize draw, what are the prizes?

For each prize draw, we have a first place prize and then 9 secondary prizes. The first place prize winner gets the prize in question (e.g. a trip to see the Northern Lights for two people), the secondary winners get awarded extra entries into the next prize draw. They receive the following amounts:

2nd - 200

3rd - 100

4th - 25

5th - 10

6th - 5

7th - 4

8th - 3

9th - 2

10th - 1

What about refunds?

If in the unlikely occurrence that you join and then decided you wanted to refund it later, contact us at refunds@wearethedreammakers.com and we'll get that processed for you. Please note, we can only issue refunds up to 48 hours before the date/time of the prize draw.

How does it work?

Simply pick how many chances you want to win, and checkout, that’s it, you're in the draw to win! You’ll receive confirmation from us shortly after you sign up which will give you access to the extra benefits you get.

What kind of discounts will I get?

It really is a big range - everything from serious money off a trip to Niagara Falls, all the way to little free samples from small, boutique travel companies. We work really hard every month to find the best ones, but because of that it’s hard to say what they’ll be any given month!

Why is this better than stuff I could find online?

We connect directly with the best, adventure and experience companies in the world, big and small, to find the best deals around.

If you really wanted to, there’s a small possibility you could find one or two of the same things online, but we have people trained and dedicated to doing that hard work for you.

I’m not into big, mad, crazy outdoor adventures, is it still for me?

Yes! So many bucket list items are literally the smallest things and we want to embrace that, which is why one of our topics every month is an interview with a ‘regular person’ who has found a way to do something amazing, no matter how big or how small.

What is membership to 'The Dream Makers'?

Our membership is our way of rewarding loyalty by giving the best deals and benefits to our members! In more formal terms, it is essentially an agreement that we’ll provide you with the benefits listed on the package you chose in exchange for your monthly payment :) You can cancel anytime you want so you never have to worry about being locked in.

How will I receive the Guide and additional material?

All guides, discounts and other information will be sent to your email address, so when you sign up please make sure you use the right one!

What if I want to upgrade my package?

Great! When you sign up, you’ll get login details which will allow you to change it when logged in. Any problems, just email  upgrades@wearethedreammakers.com and we can process it manually for you.

If I become a member, when will my payment be billed each month?

It will be on the date that you sign up. So, for example, if you sign up on the 23rd, you’ll be billed on the 23rd each month. Some banks don’t process payments over the weekend/bank holidays. If this is the case, you’ll be billed on the next working day and it will go back to normal the month after.

When will the first edition and extras arrive?

When you first sign up, you’ll get a confirmation (if you don’t, please see below!) after that, we want to make sure you have the freshest deals so, when you sign up, you’ll receive your first issue on the 20th of the month. So if you sign up anytime after the 20th of October, you’ll receive your issue on the 20th of November!

What is the 'nominate a friend' benefit about?

Our premium membership package allows you to nominate a friend to receive the Dream Makers Guide for that month AND get all the benefits listed in the 'basic' package for free!

How do I nominate a friend?

Drop us an email with your friend in CC when you've decided who you want to recommend and we'll generate and send them a unique code to give them access for that month only! Please send the email to friends@wearethedreammakers.com

Can I nominate the same friend every month?

It’s a new, different, friend each month. This means as many people as possible get to start their bucket list journeys :)

Can I order membership as a gift for a friend?

Sure! Very kind of you :) Just put in their contact details when you sign up, but with your payment details, and then they’ll start receiving the benefits straight to their inbox. It might be worth telling them you’re doing that so that they know to look out for our emails!

What if I sign up and don’t receive anything?

We’ve not had this happen yet, but in the rare chance that it does, please use one of the methods of contacting us found here and we’ll get it sorted out in no time.

When does my membership expire?

Memberships are rolling until you cancel them, which you can do at anytime, we won’t be offended, I promise :(

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes, you can cancel anytime! Either just email cancellations@wearethedreammakers.com or log in here press the 'manage membership' button, press 'manage' and you can change/cancel it there. But remember, if you choose to cancel, you’ll lose your benefits, any discounts you have and we’ll be sad :(

How do I unsubscribe from your emails?

Either click the unsubscribe button at the bottom of one of the emails or send an email saying what type of emails you want to be unsubscribed from to unsubscribe-me@wearethedreammakers.com

How do I change my email address?

Email us at address-change@wearethedreammakers.com with your current address and your new address and we’ll update it for you.
